Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review scheme performance and deliver interactive presentations to all levels of management, directors, and trustees within your portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Travel within the UK to meet with customers and attend business meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and building similar relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review scheme performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel within the UK.
