Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients and financial consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage day-to-day tasks, including case management and client support
- Liaise with providers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Work to FCA-approved standards, ensuring compliance and data protection guidelines are met
- Utilize various software packages for data entry and client database management
- Work under pressure to prioritize tasks and meet client expectations
- Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through effective communication
- Collaborate with the Head of Client Relations to coordinate and implement office procedures
- High degree of personal motivation, organizational skills, and ability to manage workload
- Willingness to undertake exams to further knowledge in the Financial Services industry
- Understanding of the wealth management industry and standard business processes
- Proactive, tenacious, and initiative-taking individual with a positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, including face-to-face, phone, and email
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
