Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients and financial consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage day-to-day tasks, including case management and client support
  • Liaise with providers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
  • Work to FCA-approved standards, ensuring compliance and data protection guidelines
  • Competently use software packages for data entry and client database management
  • Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through effective communication
  • Work with the Head of Client Relations to coordinate and implement office procedures

Requirements:

  • High degree of personal motivation, organizational skills, and ability to manage workload
  • Willingness to undertake exams to further knowledge within the Financial Services industry
  • Understanding of the wealth management industry and standard business processes
  • Proactive, tenacious, and initiative-taking individual with a positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, face-to-face, on the telephone, and via email
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Understanding of the importance of compliance and GDPR in financial services
