Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services). As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our financial consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage day-to-day tasks, including transacting cases onto the system and providing support to consultants and clients throughout the application process.
  • Liaise with providers to deliver a seamless service to clients.
  • Work to FCA-approved standards, ensuring work is compliant and within data protection guidelines when discussing client updates.
  • Competently use a variety of software packages, including data entry and monitoring of the Company client database.
  • Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through effective and regular communication.
  • Work with the Head of Client Relations to coordinate and implement office procedures effectively.
Requirements:
  • A high degree of personal motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • A willingness to undertake exams to further your personal knowledge within the Financial Services industry.
  • An understanding of the wealth management industry, including standard business processes.
  • You will be proactive, tenacious, and show initiative at all times, with a positive disposition and a can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, including face-to-face, on the telephone, and via email.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • An understanding of the importance that compliance and GDPR play within financial services.
