Client Relationship Manager

As a key member of our Client Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support. Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day tasks, transacting cases, and providing support to our Financial Consultants and clients throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage day-to-day tasks and transactions
* Provide support to Financial Consultants and clients
* Liaise with providers to deliver a seamless service
* Work to FCA-approved standards and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines
* Competently use software packages for data entry and monitoring
* Prioritize workload to meet client expectations and deliver exceptional service
Requirements:
* High degree of personal motivation and organizational skills
* Willingness to undertake exams to further knowledge in the Financial Services industry
* Understanding of the wealth management industry and standard business processes
* Proactive, tenacious, and initiative-taking individual with a positive disposition
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality and discretion
