Fitzgerald HR is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to support developers through our Phosphate Credit Scheme.

As a key member of our team, you will manage the demand side of the scheme, engaging actively with developers and referrers to drive demand and manage multiple workstreams to guide customers through our sales and contractual processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving expressions of interest and ensuring all enquires are correctly registered and dealt with promptly.
  • Actively engaging with developers and referrer communities to drive demand.
  • Maintaining an active register of credit purchases ensuring all customer and regulatory responsibilities are efficiently fulfilled.
  • Preparing sales documents legal agreements and coordinating the compilation of planning documents.
  • Dealing with planning authorities throughout the process and keeping abreast of regulatory frameworks and guidance.
  • Dealing with a range of administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • An understanding of the planning process would be beneficial.
  • Experience of working in an affiliated industry would be advantageous for example town planning architecture or real estate.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package of circa 36000 per annum depending on experience plus a performance-related bonus scheme 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pension scheme and more along with the opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team culture that encourages autonomy and accountability.
