Customer Relationship Manager

Fitzgerald HR is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to support developers through our Phosphate Credit Scheme.
As Customer Relationship Manager for our Phosphate Credit Scheme, you will manage the demand side of the scheme, engaging actively with developers and referrers to drive demand and manage multiple workstreams to guide customers through our sales and contractual processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Demand: Receive expressions of interest and ensure all enquires are correctly registered and dealt with promptly.
- Drive Demand: Actively engage with developers and referrer communities to drive demand.
- Customer Management: Maintain an active register of credit purchases, ensuring all customer and regulatory responsibilities are efficiently fulfilled.
- Sales and Contracts: Prepare sales documents, legal agreements, and coordinate the compilation of planning documents.
- Planning Authorities: Deal with planning authorities throughout the process and keep abreast of regulatory frameworks and guidance.
- Administrative Tasks: Deal with a range of administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive approach with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM.
- Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the planning process would be beneficial.
- Industry Experience: Experience of working in an affiliated industry would be advantageous, for example, town planning, architecture, or real estate.
