Admissions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of patient admissions, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Operational Performance: Drive operational performance by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all patients receive exceptional customer service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support their career growth and development.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in operations management, customer service, and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
