Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of administrators to drive operational performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall patient experience
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
