Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of administrators to drive operational performance and deliver high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to HR policies and procedures, including managing sickness, annual leave, and underperformance management.
- Ensure all administrators receive regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
