We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Admissions Team Leader to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Patient Admissions team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and ensuring the smooth operation of patient admissions processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of administrators to achieve operational performance targets
- Manage sickness, annual leave, and underperformance of team members
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 sessions and feedback sessions with team members
- Ensure timely management of administrative tasks associated with bookings, pre-op assessment, and admissions
- Process KPIs weekly and identify areas for improvement
- Provide data to the Patient Admissions Manager, Director of Shared Services, SMT, and HoDs as required
- Deputize for the Patient Admissions Manager in their absence
- Support other staff in the performance of duties and establish good working relationships
- Promote effective communication throughout the working environment
- Continuously improve oneself and the team to deliver on key tasks and objectives
- Attend training events and meetings to acquire knowledge and skills
- Perform duties in accordance with hospital policies
