As a Regulatory Business Analyst within the Regulatory Reporting Team, you will play a crucial role in the generation of weekly and monthly regulatory management business reports, ensuring they are delivered punctually, accurately, and comprehensively. You will enhance your expertise in regulatory reporting frameworks while contributing to the team's efforts in fulfilling our regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates daily stand-up meetings to capture and report on essential performance indicators, delivering key business reports for the Regulatory Banking Operations team.
  • Develops a reporting framework that enables the timely creation and production of weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to produce statistical and business reports that provide a comprehensive overview of performance.
  • Ensures the delivery of monthly business reports aligns with management expectations and timelines.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the regulatory landscape and its implications for Banking Operations.
  • Partners with local and regional stakeholders to deliver management reports that effectively showcase our achievements.
  • Supports the regulatory reporting team in executing and producing daily and weekly regulatory reports.
  • Works with operations to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reports, implementing tactical controls and driving automation and improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive background in banking products and a solid understanding of market dynamics and the regulatory environment.
  • Commitment to taking ownership and accountability to achieve business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Proven ability to employ appropriate methods and maintain a flexible interpersonal style to collaborate with local, regional, and global teams.
  • Proven capability to identify opportunities, initiate action promptly, and escalate potential risks to mitigate losses.
  • Strong dedication to maintaining high standards of controls and compliance.
  • Adaptability in upholding standards and effectively adjusting to new work structures, processes, or requirements.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in proactive and open communication with internal and external business partners, including executive-level interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change across both direct and remote units.
