We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate to join our team at LV=, reporting into the PSR Regulatory Compliance Manager. As a key member of our small team, you will provide first-line regulatory advice and compliance oversight to support Protection, Savings and Retirement (PSR), ensuring compliance with both incoming and existing regulatory and legislative requirements.
You will be accountable for reviewing, revising, and approving a wide variety of financial promotions, sales literature, and related marketing communication materials, including internal and external communications, in accordance with FCA Financial Promotion rules.
You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and communication of appropriate first-line Regulatory and Compliance frameworks and processes to ensure compliance and deliver good customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory advice and guidance to support the PSR business
- Review and approve financial promotions, sales literature, and marketing materials
- Develop and maintain Regulatory and Compliance frameworks and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
