As a Regulatory Business Analyst within the Regulatory Reporting Team, you will oversee the creation of weekly and monthly management reports related to regulatory compliance, ensuring they are delivered punctually, accurately, and comprehensively. You will enhance your expertise in regulatory frameworks and contribute to fulfilling our reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates daily meetings to capture and report on essential performance metrics while producing critical business reports for the Regulatory Banking Operations team.
  • Establishes a reporting structure that enables the timely generation of weekly and monthly business reports.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop statistical and business reports that provide a comprehensive view of performance.
  • Ensures the delivery of monthly business reports aligns with management expectations and timelines.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the regulatory landscape and its implications for Banking Operations.
  • Partners with local and regional stakeholders to produce management reports that effectively showcase our achievements.
  • Supports the regulatory reporting team in executing and generating daily and weekly regulatory reports.
  • Works closely with operations to guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reports, implementing controls and driving automation and improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Extensive background in banking products with a solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
  • Commitment to taking ownership and accountability for achieving business objectives.
  • Proven ability to utilize appropriate methods and maintain a flexible interpersonal style to collaborate with local, regional, and global teams.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying opportunities and proactively addressing potential risks to mitigate losses.
  • Dedication to upholding high standards of compliance and control.
  • Adaptability in maintaining standards and effectively adjusting to new processes and requirements.
  • Capability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to engage proactively with internal and external partners, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change across both direct and remote teams.
