Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires 1 to 3 years of experience in clinical assessment, counseling, and psychological testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments to diagnose mental health issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and mental health issues, promoting a safe and supportive environment for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support student well-being and develop school-wide mental health programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and developments in educational psychology, applying evidence-based practices to improve student outcomes.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of mental health initiatives, promoting a culture of wellness and resilience within our organization.

Requirements
