About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the provision of dynamic solution-focused care as part of our multidisciplinary team.
  • Visit service users in their own homes to complete assessments and develop plans to support them and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the MDT to plan and deliver interventions and engage with other supporting services as needed.
  • Manage inpatient beds on a rota basis, ensuring proactive bed flow management and requiring problem-solving and decision-making skills.
