**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the employee payment process for UK and international employees
* Ensure compliance with HMRC statutory obligations
* Interface with payroll vendors, including ADP
* Manage payroll benefits, including CCV, C2W, and healthcare
* Point of escalation for queries and complaints

**Requirements:**

* Proven expertise in payroll management
* Strong UK payroll experience
* CIPP qualification (Level 5 minimum)
* Experience with ADP iHCM payroll
