Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Brand and Content Executive plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the brand image and messaging of Affinity Water. Reporting directly to the Brand and Content Manager, this position is designed to cultivate a cohesive brand identity and strategic direction that resonates with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the management of brand assets and identity, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Brand & Content Manager to develop and execute innovative content strategies and campaigns.
  • Creating engaging content across various platforms, including infographics, podcasts, videos, and written materials for marketing channels.
  • Coordinating brand photoshoots and ensuring that all visual content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of published content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Promoting diversity and accessibility in all content initiatives.
  • Participating in crisis communication efforts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management.
  • Experience in developing tone of voice and managing content calendars.
  • A solid understanding of content marketing and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
