About the Role

Ocado Retail Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our Supplier Funded Media team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content across our online platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives, creating engaging and relevant content for our customers.
  • Content Management: Manage and maintain our content library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and supplier partnerships, to ensure seamless content delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure effective content delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in a creative, ecommerce, or commercial role, with a focus on content management and creation.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, including content strategy, creation, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for content and a commitment to delivering high-quality content that drives business growth.
