Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team to produce captivating content across our Digital Service Platform
  • Examine data to pinpoint and enhance operational processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Develop templates and assist suppliers with content specifications

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in Web Design / User Experience for multi-channel solutions
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Business insight to harmonize customer satisfaction with organizational value
  • Analytical approach for informed decision-making based on data
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement
