About the Role

Ocado Retail Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our Supplier Funded Media team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content across our online service platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and meeting supplier expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supplier partnerships.
  • Content Management: Manage and maintain a library of content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, to ensure effective content delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Analytics: Analyze data to inform content decisions, optimize content performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure effective content delivery and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a creative, ecommerce, or commercial role, with a focus on content management and creation.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of content strategy, content creation, and content management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
