About the Team and Role
We are seeking a talented Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. As the leader of our Paid Social efforts, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with our creative team to ensure that paid social content aligns with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (including Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
