About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategist to join the Solutions Product Strategy team at Ocado Group. As a Product Strategy Principal, you will be responsible for leading projects on key strategic topics shaping the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), capturing the view of partners, prospects, and the market to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic projects that add meaningful value to OSP, based on an understanding of our partners and their priorities, market and technology trends, in-depth commercial modeling, and analysis of our technology.
  • Ensure strategy projects deliver high-quality results in a timely manner, supporting your team in developing robust, clear recommendations and working with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve blockers and land with impact.
  • Identify and prioritize the most impactful strategic projects to work on, by working closely with our partner- and prospect-facing teams, and staying at the forefront of market and industry trends.
  • Partner with the Product teams to define a product vision and long-term strategy, representing the voice of our partners, prospects, and the market to drive business growth.
About You

  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership and bias towards action.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with commercial modeling and business case development.
  • A natural collaborator, who thrives on building trusting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to flex style to suit a diverse audience at all levels of an organization.
  • Expert project manager; comfortable progressing multiple projects at the same time and empowering others to do so too.
