Role Overview: As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will represent our wholesale branch, delivering exceptional customer service at the Trade Counter to both trade professionals and the general public. You will take charge of shop displays to effectively showcase promotions and store offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at the trade counter, fostering relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to customers to strengthen rapport.
  • Assist in the warehouse by picking and packing items to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • A valid and current Full UK Driver's License is essential.
  • A proactive mindset with a natural ability to build customer relationships.
  • Flexibility and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
