Job Title: Development Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Chrysalis Talent Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Development Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire new homes sales process, guiding potential buyers on their home-buying journey, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer journey from first contact to moving in, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Secure new home sales and exceed company targets with your dynamic approach.
  • Be the go-to person for all things sales on the development site.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest on your development, house types, and market trends to provide customers with the best advice.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities are in line with company procedures, policies, and legal requirements.
