About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager and Account Executives to join our team at Law Business Research. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing business
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, including overseeing workloads, planning development, and providing coaching and mentoring
  • Develop and maintain in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors
  • Communicate new product developments and obtain client feedback
  • Manage the creation of proposals and development of marketing literature for new products
  • Update the CRM to ensure accurate reflection of sales activity
  • Ensure clients have signed contracts and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including a highly professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of the legal sector or professional services is desirable
  • Experience of mentoring or coaching junior sales team members
