About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Expert to join our team at Kainos. As a Senior Workday HCM Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Workday solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Support customers in understanding their requirements and delivering solutions that align with their needs.
  • Deliver customer workshops and training sessions to explain Workday functionalities and solutions.
  • Manage system configuration solutions and collaborate with internal teams to improve our practices and deliver high-quality service.
  • Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Requirements

  • Workday expertise: You have previous experience working with Workday products, having worked on medium or large enterprise HRIS implementation projects, and have a configuration experience.
  • Workday Partner Certification: Having Workday Partner certification is required.
  • Great communicator: Proficiency in English and German is a must. You're a clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation.
  • Best practice and delivery: You have good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics. You can plan your own workload and meet deadlines. Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Consulting abilities: You have previous consulting/advisory experience working with international customers, preferably on several projects simultaneously. Able to understand customer needs and build relationships. You're eager to deliver presentations, participate in workshops, explain functionality or solutions to customers.
