About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Expert to join our team at Kainos. As a Senior Workday HCM Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Workday solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Support customers in understanding their requirements and delivering solutions that align with their needs.
  • Deliver customer workshops and training sessions to explain Workday functionalities and solutions.
  • Manage system configuration solutions and collaborate with internal teams to improve our practices and deliver high-quality service.
  • Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.

Requirements

  • Workday expertise: You have previously worked on medium or large enterprise HRIS implementation projects and have a configuration experience.
  • Workday Partner Certification: Having Workday Partner certification is required.
  • Great communicator: Proficiency in English and German is a must. You're a clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy.
  • Best practice and delivery: You have good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics. You can plan your own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Consulting abilities: You have previous consulting/advisory experience working with international customers preferably on several projects simultaneously.
