About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a project workstream to implement and configure Workday solutions
- Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and requirements
- Provide excellent guidance to customers and support more junior team members
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Workday products and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Workday products HCM and Comp/Advanced Comp
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
- Broad business and technology understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in a relevant area of expertise
- Experience in post-deployment services
- Fluency in multiple languages
