About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday Practice, you will be responsible for deploying Workday Financials and Professional Services Automation (PSA) into our customers' organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial management needs and design processes that maximize the use of Workday's capabilities.
  • Configure and test Workday Financials and PSA solutions, ensuring they meet customers' requirements.
  • Deliver solutions into production, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value to customers.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and other team members to mitigate issues and risks, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in deploying Workday Financials and PSA.
  • Hold Workday certification.
  • Proven track record of leading the deployment of complete financial solutions and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Full proficiency in English language, with knowledge of German a plus.
  • Understanding of corporate financial processes and ability to manage and mentor teams.
