About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financials AMS Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday Financials team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the successful post-deployment service delivery of Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful post-deployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients
  • Configure and implement functional changes in a post-production environment
  • Respond to customer cases on a prioritized basis
  • Work with customer finance leads to enhance, fix, and extend their existing Workday finance implementation
  • Define service scope and shape solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable for our customers
Requirements
  • Financial and/or management accounting experience
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing/using finance systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and alongside customers, while fostering an inclusive culture
  • Ability to execute tasks with limited supervision and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure
Desirable Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification
  • Professional qualifications in your area of expertise
  • Previous consulting experience
