About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday Practice, you will be responsible for deploying Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Workday Financials into our customers using our proprietary deployment methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to elicit their needs and understand their business requirements.
  • Design and implement processes that maximize the use of PSA and Workday.
  • Configure and test solutions, ensuring that Workday's capabilities are fully utilized to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and other team members to mitigate blockers and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in deploying Workday PSA and Workday Financials.
  • Hold Workday certification.
  • Proven ability to lead the deployment of complete financial solutions and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Full proficiency in English language, with knowledge of German a plus.
