About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a project workstream to implement and configure Workday solutions
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Provide excellent guidance to customers and support more junior team members
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Workday products and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Workday products HCM and Comp/Advanced Comp
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Broad business and technology understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

Desirable Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications in a relevant area
  • Experience in post-deployment services
  • Fluency in multiple languages
