Workday HCM Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for our global client base.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Workday products, including HCM and specialist capabilities.
- Manage relationships with clients and shape solutions that meet their needs, are commercially viable, and fit for purpose.
- Provide expert consulting and guidance to clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members in their specialist capabilities, providing thought leadership and innovation.
- Identify and develop products and offerings that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace.
- Manage workload, staff allocation, and attrition and retention metrics.
- Deep understanding of Workday products, including HCM and specialist capabilities.
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
- Broad business and technology experience, with a good awareness of industry trends and their potential impact on product.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure, taking a balanced view of customer demands and Kainos commercials.
- Excellent consulting skills, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives.
- Emerging role model within Kainos and the wider Workday ecosystem.
- Regular participant in sales activities and responsible for providing input to work estimates.
- Understanding of risk management and able to manage risk within the capability.
- Support the operations function to ensure that our consultant pool is used in the most commercially advantageous way, balancing development needs and personal preferences.
- Commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets.
- Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, specifically Consulting and Application Management Services.
- Professional qualifications where applicable in your capability.
- Develop and deliver products and offerings that differentiate Kainos in the marketplace.
- Identify talent for rapid development within the capability.
- Experience of managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
