About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Consultant to join our team at Kainos. As a Senior Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Workday solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Support customers in understanding their needs and delivering aligned solutions
  • Deliver customer workshops and training sessions to explain Workday functionalities and solutions
  • Manage system configuration solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve practices and deliver high-quality service
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge
Requirements
  • Workday expertise: Previous experience with Workday products, medium or large enterprise HRIS implementation projects, and configuration experience
  • Workday Partner Certification: Required
  • Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in English and German, clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues
  • Commercial awareness and project dynamics understanding
  • Previous consulting/advisory experience with international customers, preferably on multiple projects simultaneously
