About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday HCM to drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for our global customer base
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM, including Recruitment, Time tracking, Payroll, and Projects
  • Manage relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that meet their needs and are commercially viable
  • Provide exceptional consulting and guidance to customers, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Workday products, including HCM and specialist capabilities
  • Excellent customer focus, with ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to formally present to senior client audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions under pressure and balancing customer demands and Kainos commercials
