About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Solution Architect to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Workday solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Workday solutions for our clients, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Workday products and capabilities, including HCM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert-level consulting and guidance to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their Workday investment.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our Workday solutions.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Workday products and capabilities, including HCM.
  • Excellent customer focus, with ability to assess client needs and build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and managing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
