We are excited to offer positions within our children's care teams, where we provide support to children with autism and learning disabilities.

Compensation - £29,719 annually (including one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage for this position starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon successful completion of the necessary qualifications.

As a Care Facilitator, your role will involve delivering exceptional care to the children residing in our facility. You will assess their care requirements, organize engaging activities, and empower them to thrive in their daily lives. Your work schedule will be provided in advance, allowing you to manage your time effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The shifts will include full day shifts (14 hours) and occasional sleep-in shifts, where you will stay overnight at the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding care and support to the children, making a significant impact on their lives
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment, ensuring the children receive comprehensive physical, emotional, and social care
  • Assist the children with their daily activities, facilitating access to education and various community engagements as outlined in their care plans

Qualifications

While prior experience in caregiving is beneficial, we welcome applicants without experience as comprehensive training and orientation will be provided.

A valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
