Position Overview:

  • Work Schedule: 2 days on, followed by 4 days off (including overnight shifts)
  • Attractive Compensation: £31,398 to £34,824 annually
  • Opportunities for additional hours and holiday remuneration
  • A valid driving license is essential
Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in residential care for children
  • Level 3 qualification in residential childcare (or currently pursuing)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ofsted standards and best practices
  • Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with industry regulations
