Are you dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others? Bright Futures Care is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are licensed drivers to assist adults with learning disabilities in a supportive residential environment.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to eight adults residing in a well-equipped home and nearby flats. Your role will involve understanding individual care needs, planning engaging activities, and encouraging residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Compensation

The salary for this position is £29,719 per year, which includes one sleep-in shift weekly. The hourly wage starts at £12.00, increasing to £12.50 for those with relevant qualifications.

Work Schedule

You will follow a structured rota that allows for effective planning and a balanced work-life dynamic. Shifts will include full-day responsibilities (14 hours) along with occasional overnight stays.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in care is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided
