About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. You will work closely with them, providing personalized support, fostering their independence, and creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.

Requirements

While experience as a carer is beneficial, full training and induction are provided. A friendly, approachable, proactive, and engaging personality is essential. A driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
