About the RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and development of the children in our care. You will work closely with them, providing personalized support, fostering their independence, and creating a positive and stimulating atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, and valued.
- Assist children with daily routines, including personal care, mealtimes, and leisure activities.
- Implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with children, encouraging their participation in activities and fostering their development.

- Competitive salary of £29,719 per annum (including sleep-in shifts).
- Hourly rate of £12.00, increasing to £12.50 upon successful completion of the relevant qualification.

While experience as a carer is beneficial, full training and induction are provided. A friendly, approachable, proactive, and engaging personality is essential. A driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
