At The Cambian Group, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children\u0027s Residential Care Worker to join our team in the Warrington & Runcorn region.

As a Children\u0027s Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. You will work closely with our team to deliver individualized care plans, promote positive relationships, and support our young people to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with our young people, their families, and our team
  • Supporting our young people to engage in education and activities
  • Recording and reporting on our young people\u0027s progress and well-being
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.   • A competitive rate of pay: \u00a313.50 per hour (dependent on experience) with a \u00a330.00 additional sleep-in rate

We have a Management Development Programme in place to support your career progression and development.

Shift pattern: 16:24 hour (including sleep-in) on a one on two off or two on four off basis.

Desirable but not essential qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, previous experience working in a therapeutic environment, or therapeutic qualifications.
