Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting positive relationships and behaviors among our young people and staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with our education and therapy teams to support our young people's academic and personal growth.
Requirements
  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
