**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at our Warrington home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, including domestic needs, education, and socialization skills.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting the well-being and resilience of our young people.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work flexible hours, including sleep nights, to ensure the needs of our young people are met.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable).
  • A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable).
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including sleep nights.
