Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to children and young people, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of each child, adhering to our homes statement of purpose and core values.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the wellbeing and development of the children, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

We require a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, as well as a caring, empathetic, and patient attitude. Commitment to the principles of child protection and safeguarding is essential.
