Supporting Young People in a Residential Setting

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with a small group of young people, aged 11-16, to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

The successful candidate will work a 2-long-shifts-followed-by-4-days-off schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. If you have experience working in children's residential services and are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives, we encourage you to apply.
