Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers. We provide exceptional care for five adults with learning disabilities and autism in a welcoming home environment located in Rixton, Warrington.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. You will work closely with them to support their daily routines, encourage their independence, and facilitate their participation in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £29,719 per annum (including sleep-in shifts).
  • Hourly rate of £12.00, increasing to £12.50 for qualified individuals.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.
  • A valid driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
