About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. You will work closely with them to support their daily routines, encourage their independence, and facilitate their participation in meaningful activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £29,719 per annum (including sleep-in shifts).
- Hourly rate of £12.00, increasing to £12.50 for qualified individuals.

Requirements:
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
