Salary for Lead Support Worker - £31,935 annually (this includes one sleep-in shift per week). The hourly wage for this position is £13.00.
As a Lead Support Worker, you will exemplify and uphold the highest standards of collaboration and maintain effective reporting and documentation systems.
Your role will involve fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere to address the emotional, physical, and social care needs of our young residents.
