We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Bright Futures Care Ltd.

Job Summary

As a Residential Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support residents with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in their local community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and satisfactory references.
