About the RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our residents. You will work closely with them to understand their individual needs, plan engaging activities, and support their personal growth and well-being.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support, ensuring the highest standards of living.
- Foster a positive and supportive home environment where residents feel valued and respected.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care.
